What is Exact AI Connect?

Exact AI Connect is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server built by iWebDevelopment, an official Exact Online partner. It gives AI assistants secure, OAuth-authorized access to your Exact Online data: general ledger, sales and purchase invoices, outstanding receivables and payables, orders, stock, customers and suppliers. The server supports both reading data and creating or updating records, with user confirmation before anything is written back to Exact Online.

How to use Exact AI Connect

1. Add the connector URL https://mcp-exactonline.iwebdevelopment.com/ to your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Perplexity).
2. Log in with your Exact Online account via OAuth. You stay in control of the permissions and can revoke access at any time.
3. Start asking questions in natural language, in English, Dutch or German. The assistant picks the right Exact Online endpoints automatically.

Setup takes about two minutes and requires no installation inside Exact Online. A free 30-day trial is available.
