Overview

CooperBuild is the operating system for a construction company, built around one idea: the estimate is the company. Approving a proposal clones the estimate into the live project, and takeoff, vendor quotes, pay apps, payroll and the general ledger all hang off the same deliverables. Agents connect to the remote MCP server at https://api.cooperbuild.ai/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration) to browse and edit estimates, collect vendor bids, turn an approved proposal into project records, and hand work to named chat agents. Built for owners and COOs of 10-80 person GCs and interiors/specialty contractors. Agents can sign up on their own via an email-code bootstrap. Docs: https://www.cooperbuild.ai/developers
