How to use Arvo Mcp?

Obtain an API key from your Arvo account (Settings → API Keys), then configure your MCP client with the command npx -y arvo-mcp and the environment variable ARVO_API_KEY. After restarting your client, you can ask natural language questions like "What's my workout today?" or "Show me my recent PRs."
