AQL PropertyCheck — Physical check of one exact address
Give an AI agent one specific street address in the City of Gold Coast or Brisbane City, Queensland. PropertyCheck checks address identity and coverage before purchase. The free check_address tool returns a short summary for supported addresses; unresolved or unsupported addresses fail closed. The paid get_full_report tool returns structured Agent JSON (propertycheck/2) with building, street and surrounding context where the underlying data is available. It is not a valuation, listing search or substitute for a building inspection.
What the paid JSON may add
For Gold Coast, available physical context may include building footprint, site coverage, open-lot area, neighbouring-building gap, carriageway width and Council parking data. For Brisbane City, available context may include frontage and road-reserve information, kerb/parking data, verified parent-building height and high-rise context, and multimodal journeys with legs and transfers. These are building/site-level observations, not verified apartment views or floor-specific conditions. Missing information is marked with its actual status; it is not assumed safe or zero.
How to use it
- Connect the remote MCP endpoint:
https://agents.alphaquantlabs.ai/v1/mcp. No API key is needed for a one-off check.
- Call
check_address with one exact address to see coverage and a free summary.
- If a full report is available and the user wants it, call
get_full_report. Agent JSON costs A$1.39 incl. GST via x402, or A$4.95 incl. GST through a person-approved card checkout. The separate consumer PDF is not the Agent JSON product.
Gold Coast and Brisbane City are supported; other councils and the rest of Australia are not. Values and sources depend on address, region and dataset availability.
