Zuora MCP Server by CData is a read-only MCP server that allows LLMs, such as Claude Desktop, to query live Zuora data using natural language. It wraps the CData JDBC Driver for Zuora, which exposes Zuora entities as relational SQL models, eliminating the need to write SQL manually.
Clone the repository, build the JAR with Maven, install and license the CData JDBC Driver for Zuora, create a .prp file with your connection details (including the JDBC URL obtained from the driver’s Connection String utility), then configure the server in your MCP client (e.g., Claude Desktop) by adding its entry to claude_desktop_config.json. The server uses stdio transport and must run on the same machine as the client.
SELECT queries onlyget_tables, get_columns, and run_query toolsstdio transport for local client communicationYes. The repository explicitly builds a read-only MCP server. For full create, update, delete, and action support, CData offers a separate beta server.
Java, Maven, and a licensed or trial copy of the CData JDBC Driver for Zuora. The driver must be installed and licensed before use.
