Sign up for a RapidAPI account, subscribe to the Twitter154 endpoint (a free tier is available), and copy the key from your RapidAPI dashboard.
Place an `mcp.json` file in `%APPDATA%\Claude` (Windows) or `~/Library/Application Support/Claude` (macOS) with the RapidAPI key and absolute path to `main.js`. Also copy `claude-rules.md` and `TwitterSearchSyntaxGuide.txt` to your Claude knowledge base directory.
