It is built for advertisers who want to manage paid media using natural language.

How to use Synter?

Sign up at syntermedia.ai and create an API key in Developer Settings. Add the server to your AI client’s MCP configuration (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Amp) using the command npx @syntermedia/mcp-server and the environment variable SYNTER_API_KEY set to your key. Restart the client and start chatting with commands like “Show me all my Google Ads campaigns” or “Create a search campaign for 'project management software' with a $50/day budget.”

Ensure your API key is placed in the `env` section of your MCP config file and that the key string starts with `syn_`.

My API key shows as invalid or expired – what should I do?

Verify you copied the full key (they are long), check its status at syntermedia.ai/developer, and confirm it has the `tools:write` scope.

Why do I see “No ad accounts connected”?

You need to connect at least one ad platform. Go to syntermedia.ai/credentials, click “Connect” next to the platform (e.g., Google Ads), and complete the OAuth flow.

Tools aren’t appearing in Claude/Cursor – what’s wrong?

Restart your AI client entirely (not just refresh), check the MCP server logs for errors, and verify the config file path and JSON syntax.
