Configure environment variables (GITHUB_PAT, GITHUB_REPO_OWNER, GITHUB_REPO_NAME, OLLAMA_BASE_URL, OLLAMA_MODEL) then register the server with a compatible MCP client (e.g., Claude Desktop via claude_desktop_config.json).
