Install via pipx or uv with pipx install supabase-mcp-server (recommended) or uv pip install supabase-mcp-server. Configure required environment variables (SUPABASE_PROJECT_REF, SUPABASE_DB_PASSWORD, SUPABASE_REGION) in your MCP client settings, a global config file, or a local .env file. Then connect your MCP client (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, etc.) to the server.
