How does persistent HTTP mode work?
Start the server manually with `--http` flag. OAuth popup appears once, then the server stays authenticated on `localhost:8080`. Multiple client tabs connect without re-authentication.

On Windows: `C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\auto-gmail\`. On Mac/Linux: `~/.auto-gmail/`. Key files include `token.json` and `personal-email-style-guide.md`.
What transport protocols are supported?
Default stdio (for Cursor/Claude Desktop). HTTP mode is available as persistent daemon but full HTTP MCP transport is not yet implemented (waiting on upstream library).
