What is the rate limit?

Apify handles rate limiting transparently. Practical limit is about 1,000 store snapshots per hour per user.

What stores does ShopSignal support?

Currently 84 verified Shopify-powered DTC brands across beauty, women’s fashion, men’s fashion, and lifestyle (e.g., Glossier, Cuyana, Skims). It does not support marketplaces, non-Shopify platforms, or stores with enterprise bot protection. Non-Shopify stores return a clear error.

How do I add a store not in the seed list?

If the store is Shopify-powered, query it once and ShopSignal automatically detects it, returns results, and adds it to the daily snapshot rotation. Non-Shopify stores are not supported in v1.
