Tools

Tool	What it does
prism_review_contract	Send a contract by URL, text, or file (PDF or photo). Returns a contractId at once; reading takes about a minute.
prism_get_contract	Status and results: summary, deadlines (kind, due date, days until due, consequence, source sentence) and risks. Never spends credits.
prism_unlock_contract	Spend 1 credit ($0.50) to get every deadline and risk. Free if the contract is already paid for.
prism_upcoming_deadlines	Open deadlines across every contract, soonest first.
prism_list_contracts	Every contract in the account, and which are unlocked.
prism_get_account	Credits remaining and prices.
prism_buy_credits	A Stripe checkout link to hand to your user. It cannot pay on its own.
prism_send_feedback	Tell the Prism team a result was wrong, something was missing, or what price would work. A person reads every message.

Read tools are marked read-only. Tools that send a contract or spend credits are marked as writes, so your client can ask before calling them.

A typical run

1. prism_review_contract with a link to the lease, which returns a contractId
2. Wait about a minute
3. prism_get_contract returns deadlines like this example:

Notice deadline: December 31. If you do nothing, the lease auto-renews for another 12 months at up to 5% more rent. "...written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the then-current expiration date."

Sending the same document again returns the same contract, and it is never charged twice.

• $0.50 per contract, charged once, when its full results are first delivered

• Credits come in packs of 20 or more; when they run out, your agent hands you a checkout link

Deadline reminders

Every unlocked contract gets email reminders to the account owner 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline.

• A connected agent only reaches your own Prism account
• You choose whether it can send contracts or only read them
• Disconnect any agent from Security in your Prism account, any time
• We don't sell your data: privacy policy, terms
